PinSight (hereinafter referred to as "the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects the following information to provide and improve our services:

• Location Information: We collect precise location data (GPS coordinates) from your device to create requests, post responses, and display information about the surrounding area.
• Photos and Camera: When posting a response, we access the camera and collect photo data to capture the current situation on-site.
• Device Information: We may collect information such as anonymized device identifiers and OS types to improve service stability and prevent fraudulent use.
• Advertising Identifiers (IDFA, etc.): We may collect device advertising identifiers for advertising optimization and measurement. These are collected only with your consent, in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
• Usage Data: We collect activity logs within the service, such as browsing history, point usage history, and search keywords.
• Authentication Information: We maintain anonymous authentication IDs using Firebase Authentication.

2. Purpose of Use

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Displaying requests and responses on the map.
• Verifying the reliability of posted content (matching current location with the post location).
• Operation of the point system (granting rewards, processing viewing fees).
• Prevention of fraudulent use of the service.
• Customer support and troubleshooting.

3. Third-Party Disclosure and External Services

The App uses the following external services, and information may be processed in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

• Google Maps SDK: For map display and location data processing.
• Firebase (Google LLC): For data storage (Firestore), authentication (Auth), image storage (Storage), and analytics.
• Google AdMob: For the delivery and management of rewarded advertisements.

Where advertising consent is required, the App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present privacy choices. Applicable users can later change or withdraw their advertising choices by opening "Ad Privacy Settings" under "Settings & Legal" in the App.

The App will not sell or provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law.

4. International Data Transfer

The App utilizes Google Cloud and Firebase. Collected information may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of this information.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the age specified by law in your country of residence), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If we become aware that a child of the applicable age has provided personal information, we will promptly delete the data.

6. Data Retention and User Rights

• Automatic Deletion: The App has a data expiration period (TTL) set, and requests or responses that have passed a certain period will be automatically deleted.
• User Rights: You have the right to request access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of your data held by the App.
• Request for Complete Deletion of Data and Account:
  • Users can delete their own posts (requests or responses) individually within the App.
  • Since the App utilizes anonymous authentication, access to your anonymous ID is lost by resetting device data or uninstalling the App.
  • If you wish to completely delete all data stored on the server associated with your anonymous authentication ID, such as point history and posting history (equivalent to account deletion), you can request deletion via the settings screen in the App or by contacting the window specified in "8. Contact Information". The Operator will completely erase the data within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Security

The App uses industry-standard encryption technology and secure servers (Google Cloud / Firebase) to protect the information collected.
